Experience Strategy & Architecture Director

Fritz has spent over 15 years helping clients create strategies and build digital products that strengthen connection between people and brands. An experience design & brand strategy hybrid, Fritz has served in graphic design, direct marketing, interactive design & strategy roles. His work focuses on using experience design, social media and technology at large to create meaningful experiences for brands and people. Most recently as Creative Director, Experience Design at RAPP working on Nestle and Pfizer accounts and as Director of Experience Design at Interactive Partners a Soho-based digital design firm working on Showtime, Credit Suisse and BBC America. Fritz also Co-founded and served as Chief Experience Officer of fluency, a 7-year New York based digital consultancy which counted 20th Century Fox, Columbia Pictures, Scholastic, Revolution Studios, BET, SpikeTV and Nickelodeon among its clients as well as the World Famous Apollo Theater, for which fluency created the institution’s first interactive marketing program.

An experienced speaker, Fritz has given talks on interactive marketing at Columbia University, to graduate students of New York University, Brooklyn College and Fordham Universities as well for the Arts & Business Council of New York.

He also currently serves as an Adjunct faculty member at New York University School of Professional Studies where he teaches the course, “Examining Social Media Networks for Brand Value” as well as the upcoming course “Leveraging User Experience to Create Brand Connection”. Fritz is also a proud member and local leader of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) in New York, member of the Information Architecture Institute and the New York chapter of the Usability Professionals Association.
